[Customs] Road Signature 1/18 - '63 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Grand Sport Roadster

These photos were taken several years ago. The project was put on pause until I obtained a colour printer. Years of procrastination showed there's a lot I wanted to address, but eventually no longer cared to do anymore.

Had time to knock out more of the stuff sitting on the ever-cluttered desk.






Liked the colour, but not the wheels. Got it lowered while I was at it.







This would've stayed a plain lower/wheelswap combo had it not
been as difficult as it was to lower it. Through the course of
patience and tiredness, the cutting disk brushed parts of the body
that were visible even when assembled so a coat of paint was in order.

I like to save these incomplete projects for when I don't feel like doing a paintjob or when it's something I can make real quick while I wait for something else to be done.

It was lowered to the point I needed to shave off the detailing on the chassis. I would've lowered it even more, but the rear tires were already bottomed out.
