It started off as a small collection of 1:18 and 1:24 models that - by policy - had to be subjected to modifications. This would provide reason to fix up the old models with decade-old dust blankets in the dwelling. It would also be an opportunity to dabble in what many ready-made parts that are available on the market while being more than enough incentive to keep purchases on new models on the low. Come September 2015, this policy had to change after witnessing high-end models that the 1:64 collection can't possibly rival.
